Terms of Service
Last updated: 18 October 2026
These terms govern your use of Shortlink Studio at go2link.io and app.go2link.io (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Shortlink Studio lets you create short links, QR codes and link-in-bio pages, and view statistics about visits to them. Features, limits and plans may change over time. Paid plans are not available at this time.
2. Accounts
- You must provide a valid email address and keep your sign-in details secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and workspace.
- You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live.
- You may not share access in a way that evades plan limits or security controls.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to create or distribute links or pages that:
- lead to phishing, malware, scams or deceptive content;
- send unsolicited bulk messages or otherwise spam people;
- infringe intellectual property, privacy or other rights of others;
- contain or promote illegal content or activity, or sexual content involving minors;
- harass, threaten or incite violence against any person or group;
- attempt to disrupt, probe or overload the Service or evade its rate limits.
Links redirect every visitor in the same way according to the rules you configure. You may not use routing rules to show reviewers or security scanners different content from what other visitors receive.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display it as needed to run the Service, for example to redirect a link or show your public page. You confirm you have the rights needed to submit it.
5. Reports and enforcement
Anyone can report a link using the Report a link page. We may review reports, and we may disable or remove links, pages or accounts, with or without notice, that we reasonably believe break these terms or the law or that put users or the Service at risk.
6. Availability and changes
We try to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service. Short links you create may stop working if the Service changes or ends, so keep your own copy of anything important.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not control or endorse the destinations of short links created by users.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or business arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim, or zero if you paid nothing.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
12. Contact
To report an abusive short link, use the Report a link page. A general contact address has not been published yet.
