Help & resources

Practical guides for your workspace.

Create your first short link

Paste an HTTP or HTTPS destination, optionally choose an alias, then Shorten link. Use Copy or Share from its card. Localhost links work only on this computer.

Understand A/B routing

Percentage routing selects A or B independently per visit. Device routing sends mobile and tablet browsers to A and desktop browsers to B. Bot estimates are for analytics and do not determine the destination.

Connect a branded domain

Add the hostname in Settings → Branded domains. Create its TXT record and check ownership. Public traffic also needs DNS routing and a TLS-enabled deployment; ownership verification is not proof of a working certificate.

Publish a Link-in-bio page

Add content blocks, choose your design and set SEO metadata. Preview, enable Publish, and save. The page lives at /p/your-alias. Contact fields become public when published.

Analytics and privacy

Daily analytics update asynchronously. Event details normally remain for 90 days. No raw IP address or full User-Agent is stored. Country can be unknown. Optional pixels require visitor consent; TikTok media loads on request.

Subscriptions and billing

Plan limits are enforced by the server. Prices are not set and paid checkout is closed. Billing saves contact details only. No card is stored or charged.

Sign-in and recovery

Google and GitHub need OAuth credentials configured by the operator. Use your original sign-in method if an email already has an account. Automated recovery email is not configured; production signup stays disabled until verification and recovery are ready.
